
The company has improved its anti-corruption measures to have in place clear practice principles in business that are transparent and that will lead to the sustainable development of the organization and Thailand.
In addition, the company has declared for these measures to be used throughout the entire organization of the company and subsidiaries, with company directors, executives and employees required to strictly comply with anti-corruption measures. Furthermore, the company has set in place processes and practice guidelines for supervising, monitoring and publishing results to give knowledge to employees and to have in place channels for filing complaints or making reports for employees and outside persons.
The company operates its business transparently and reliably in a verifiable manner according to good corporate governance principles and business ethics. The Executive Committee and every employee in the organization are required to strictly adhere to the company's good corporate governance policy. The company supports anti-corruption in every form, which includes both the acceptance and payment of bribes. It is a certified member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), endorsed by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), through the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption No. 4/2560 on 12 February 2018. In 2024, the IOD, acting as the secretary of the CAC, renewed the certificate for "UBIS (Asia) Public Co., Ltd." for the company to continue its membership in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption in Quarter 1/2024, marking the 2nd renewal of its membership.
